3. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address
4. Bids must be delivered to AMD section, Thimphu Thromde on or before 10:00 hour on 14th February, 2019 and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 hours, in the presence of the bidders who intends to attend.
5. The Bidders must visit the site prior to filling up the bidding documents to avoid any complications later
6. The decision of the Thimphu Thromde Tender Committee shall be final and binding.
