Building owners can either refer to this sheet to find their building number (http://thimphucity.bt/downloads/city-address-system) or they can text their Plot no to either 17922399 or 17435028 to receive the building numbers. If there is more than one building in a plot, please send the details to the numbers above. Please only send one text and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
