The Entertainment Licensing Committee (ELC) of Thimphu Thromde would like to inform that as per the letter NC-Election/2023/41 dated 18th April,2023, all entertainments businesses within Thimphu Thromde should be closed on eve of the poll day, i.e 19th April, 2023 as the National Council Election Day falls on 20th April, 2023.

This is issued for strict compliance by all the entertainment owners without fail.
