1. Collect the Ownership Clearance FORMS from the Revenue Section or download from our website www.thimphucity.bt.

i. Fill in the FORM(s) with all the details and attach the required documents

ii. Submit to the Concern Building Inspector for verification

iii. Get approval sign from Chief Development Control Officer

iv. Then, submit to Land Record Section (Concern Official) to get your LagThram. If you are not thram holder (Owner), the authorization letter from the land owner has to be submitted to collect the LagThram.


Note: The Ownership Certificate (LagThram) fee is Nu. 200 per LagThram
