Thimphu Thromde made recommendations on the amended Design Code for the Thimphu Structure Plan during the RCUD meeting held on April 7, 2026. These recommendations were subsequently endorsed by the Royal Commission for Urban Development (RCUD)
The revised provisions will be implemented with immediate effect. All stakeholders are kindly requested to take note and comply accordingly.
