Thimphu Thromde is pleased to announce the successful completion of infrastructure improvement works in the NPPF area, carried out over a period of 6 months at a total project cost of Nu. 30 million.
The completed works include road improvement and blacktopping, construction of bus bays, inclusive footpaths, drainage systems, service ducts, street lighting, and road marking works.
These upgrades have been undertaken to improve road safety, enhance pedestrian accessibility, strengthen drainage efficiency, and provide better urban infrastructure and convenience for the public.
The improved infrastructure is expected to contribute to safer mobility, smoother traffic flow, and a more accessible and well-connected environment for all road users.
